We acquired the site as part of a portfolio with this property having a long-term lease to Coutts Bank at a peppercorn rent of £400.00 per annum.

After entering into a Cooperation Agreement with Network Rail, to include their land adjacent, and agreeing a Surrender of the Lease from Coutts, we successfully obtained a planning consent for a 39-storey tower, which included 219 residential units with retail and commercial space on the ground, first and second floors.
