After acquiring the former Yardley’s cosmetics factory site, we obtained a planning consent for a mixed-use scheme, which included a restaurant, car dealership, industrial units, plus a design and build new headquarters for Konica Minolta.

After developing the site, there was a lot of interest to acquire it from us by numerous large pension funds and was later sold.
